- Arrival
/ Departure: Check-in 4pm. Check-out 11am.
- Booking
Deposit: A deposit of 25% of the rental is payable upon
booking the accommodation, with the remaining 70% payable
14 days prior to arrival.
- Payment
of Balance: All rates are plus applicable taxes, currently
13%. Full payment id due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Reservation
Procedures: All requests are subject to availability, of
which a re turn confirmation will be made within 48 hours.
Secret Lake requires a minimum 3 nights stay, and stay less
than 5 nights will incur a cleaning fee payable prior to
arrival.
- Cancellation:
Must be made 7 days before arrival a $35.00 fee would be
charged 2 days before arrival will be first night room and
tax. Any cancelation after 24 hours will be charged for
the full accommodation and tax cost of the unit for the
term of the booking There are no refunds for early check
outs
