  • If you are planning to arrive after 9pm, please contact us at 407-787-4800 for after hours instruction.
  • Check-in is 4pm and check out 11am.
  • Payment Policy: the first night plus taxes is charged at time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance on the reservation is charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Secret Lake is a self catering property. All reservations for less than 5 nights are subject to a one time housekeeping fee of $65 for the 2 bedroom and $75 for the 3 bedroom.
  • Security Deposit: To cover for incidentals, we require a security deposit per condo at check in. Our guest can choose a security authorization on a major credit card of $300.00, this authorization is refundable after check out if there is no damage to the room, or the guest can purchase a $39.00 non refundable property protection plan that would cover up to $1,500 in accidental damages during the entire stay.
  • Cancellation Policy: reservations cancelled 14 days before arrival are completely refundable. Cancellations made up to 48 hours of your arrival will be charged one night room and tax. Any reservation cancelled after that time will be responsible for the entire accommodation and taxes for the stay.
  • There will be no refund for no shows or early check outs.
  • Secret Lake has a 2 night minimum. Minimum lengths of stay are subject to charge on holidays and special events.
  • All requests are subject to availability. Rates subject to change without notice.
